Setting Staff Assignments

  1. User Accounts > Tutors > Select a Tutor > Click the Tutor Assignments Tab. Then you can either enable the option “Tutor is assigned to all subject areas” (so the tutor can help with all courses) or select the Term from the Term list and proceed to handpick from the Subject Areas list below those courses that the tutor will be associated with, you can delete any of those courses by using the red X to the right of the Course-name.
See here a small video about how to associate tutors with the Subject Areas, the list is preloaded with only the tutors, then we choose a random tutor “Julia Clark”, notice that this tutor initially was associated with ALL courses, then we removed that option and proceeded to only select a few courses for the tutor.

Note: This is the manual process to assign the Tutors to Courses but these associations can also be imported automatically via CSV files or copied from previous semesters.
