Creating a Referral Template
- Go to Administration > Center Management > Referral Templates
- Click + New Template.
- Type a name for this Referral Template.
- Type and select the user who will follow up by default with referrals that use this template.
- Type and select the users who will be notified by default for referrals that use this template.
Accudemia provides a sample questionnaire as part of the default template. Customize it to your needs.
Creating a Referral
- Once there is at least one referral template, new referrals can be created by navigating to: Campus > Referrals
To Create a Referral
- Click on + New Referral.
- Select the Referral Template the referrer should utilize.
- Type and select the instructor.
- Type and select the class.
- Type and select the student.
- Type and select the user or users who will follow up with the student.
- Select a date to follow up on the referral. This is used as a reminder of when this referral should be reviewed/updated.
- Type comments about the reason for the referral.
- Choose whether the student receives the referral updates.
- Type and select the users who are going to be notified about updates to the referral.
- Complete the Referral Questionnaire.
- Click the Save Changes button.
