General Reports
How to Access: Data Analytics > Reports > General
In the reports in this section, we see reports that may be necessary to pull demographic information on students, survey responses, contact lists, and administrative tasks. An administrative report is a document that presents the status and progress of certain work within a team or a company. An administrative report is usually done by a person with an administrative function. Common examples are office secretaries and administrative delegates. Those users such as managers and supervisors are also eligible to create an administrative report.
Demographic Reports
The next 2 reports are the General reports related to viewing student Demographics uploaded in Accudemia.
Student Profile

Purpose: Shows statistics on student profile questions for visitors.
Available Filters: Period, Locations (Centers) Available Options: Hide Deleted Questions & Answers Description: This report shows each demographics question that the system tracks. For each question, the report lists the available answers. For each answer, the report shows number of students, their number of visits, and total sign-in time of students who selected that answer. |

- The report shows data only on Students only if they visited the selected Location.
- If one of the available answers is not shown, then no one has selected that answer during the reporting period.
Users Detailed Profile

It can be grouped by Center, Tutor, Subject area and Services. |

Enrollment Reports
The next 6 reports are the General reports related to viewing student Student Enrollment and Registered Courses, Contact Info., and Tutor Assignments uploaded or created in Accudemia.
Enrollment by Student
When you print this report it may be shown as the Student Enrollment Report.

Purpose: Lists Students and the Subject Areas registered.
Available Filters: Students, Groups, Subject Areas, Semesters Available Options: Show User ID, Create Group Grouped By: Students Sort Order: Alphabetical by Student’s last name and then by Subject Areas. Description: This report shows the courses each student is registered in. The report shows the class and the registration date and time. The last column shows how the registration was made (by data import, administrator, or student). |

Enrollment by Subject Area
When you print this report it may be shown as the Subject Area Enrollment Report.

Available Filters: Students, Groups, Locations, Semester, Subject Areas Available Options: Show User ID, Create Group Grouped By: Subject Areas and Classes Sort Order: Alphabetical by Subject Areas and Students. Description: This report shows the students registered in each Subject. The report shows the student’s name and the registration date and time. The last column shows how the registration was made (by data import, administrator, or student). |

Student List - Only Names
When you print this report it may be shown as the Student List Report.

When you print this report it may be shown as the Student List (with address) Report.

Student List - Incl. Addresses (Visited)
When you print this report it may be shown as the Student List (visited) Report.

Available Filters: Locations, Students, Groups, Period Available Options: Show User ID, Create Group Description: This reports lists all students in the system which visited the center during a certain time period, including name (last, first), phone number(s), address(es), and email address. The report also shows whether the student’s record is currently active. |
