Daily Viewer

The Daily Viewer shows a screen similar to a spreadsheet, with a list of tutors and their availability on a specific day. If a tutor has an appointment scheduled, it will show the time of the session and the participants.

Purpose: To view the Center's Tutor availability on any date (chosen by the user).

How to Access: Center Attendance > Daily Viewer

This page displays daily Tutors' Schedules with Appointments for the Center. It shows the current day and a list of Centers with their available Tutors.

The Centers appear in the same order displayed on the Centers & Classrooms page by default.

  • Use Date to show a selected day.
  • Use Center to display the center where the tutor is working.

Click Add Viewer to display the information.

When no tutor is working on the selected day, Accudemia will display the following text: This tutor is not available in the specified period.
You can stack these different Daily Viewers forms by selecting a different date and reapplying the filters. This is helpful if you want to see the entire week or several days at once.
